Crime
editThe article states: [Tujunga] has acquired an unsavory reputation as a hotbed of motorcycle gang activity, as well as heavy drug trafficking. Says who? Sources? I suspect this "information" is based on a dated stereotype and not actual fact. Tujunga has one of the lowest per capita crime rates in all of Los Angeles city. - You don't mind if I file a formal complaint to WIKI and discuss the bias attitude by some at WIKI that don't have a clue at all? Sorry but... I think your point of view of what you deem as "Fame", "Clebrity", and "Ficticious Myth" is over the top and beyond your concept of so called professional understanding of who is and what is real. Get back to reality sir or madamn. I had to come and adjust many article that were based more on book fiction and hollywood fantasy. This is suppose to be "An Factual Encyclopedia"... not "A Tabloid Encyclopedia. If I have to, I will contact other internet media about the many questionable articles here at WIKI... OKAY? Noted Celebrities in "Old Tujunga"
editBefore the annexiation of Tujunga, to The City of Los Angeles, There were many "Hunting-Summer Lodges" built in this area. Many movie celebrities of The Silent Screen film era, such as Lilian Gish, Dorothy Gish, Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks Sr. etc., would spend their time enjoying the wilderness of Tujunga. During the days of "Prohibition", many would find an oais, where the local constable would most of the time, look the other way. Combined Sunland-Tujunga article
editUnless I hear a really big squawk, I would like to combine Sunland, Los Angeles with Tujunga, Los Angeles under a new title, Sunland-Tujunga, Los Angeles. Although historically they grew separately, they have been considered one community for a good long time now. Sincerely, your friend, GeorgeLouis (talk) 05:16, 28 September 2010 (UTC)
