• by Soviet Naval Aviation does this need a 'the'?
• Great Patriotic War could link to Great Patriotic War (term).
• it began evacuating Soviet wounded I suggest changing this to it evacuated wounded Soviet troops

• By the early 1930 do you mean 'By the early 1930s' or 'By early 1930'?
• Once again, another 'the' needed before Soviet Naval Aviation?
• that could also transport 35–40 people and cargo people and cargo are not the same thing so giving a number like this doesn't really work. Needs clarification.
• The aircraft had to be capable of... why did it have to be capable of these specific things?
• when you list the world records it set, you need to define what you mean by 'class'. It seems very vague otherwise and could easily be mistaken for world records for flight in general. I'm also wandering in what context did it set these records? Are we talking about just test runs, or specific record-breaking runs, or operational flights?

• You should clarify that it's no just "The German invasion" but "The German invasion of the Soviet Union".
• used to attack Bucharest, Constanta and Ploiesti in Romania at night this could do with historical context relating to Romania's participation in WW2 and their membership of the Axis powers.
• As Axis troops advanced along the Black Sea coast from which country?

• I think the 'Operators' section adds nothing to the article and can be removed. If you disagree, then please let me know.
• Sources are fine. they were all published within the last 30 years which helps a lot with reliability.

It's been nearly 30 days since the GAR was opened and there are still outstanding issues. The nom received a notification on their talk page when the review was opened and when it was placed on hold and later on 17 March as a courtesy, but no action has been taken.
