Help appreciated.

Notation confusion

It's unclear what the ' after numbers (like 52.55') means in this article. Normally I'd interpret that as either feet or arcminutes, but neither of those makes sense. -- Beland (talk) 01:22, 8 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
