Quick failing this article as a premature nomination. Nowhere near enough work has been done since the storm dissipated (the last major revision). Aftermath section is almost entirely devoid of material (exemplified by the orange tag), and namely lacks any of the relevant relief work covered in NDRRMC reports. This needs far more research to even warrant an in-depth review. Look at other GA-rated typhoon articles, particularly those in recent years, to get a better understanding of the level of research and coverage required before renominating. ~ Cyclonebiskit (chat) 05:50, 5 March 2016 (UTC)
