The citation below has been edit-warred in & out over the better part of a year! This is not acceptable. Please discuss whether the inclusion is appropriate on this page. I have locked the page for a week. Further edit warring in this manner will result in blocks and/or extended page protection. Perhaps a Request for Comment would prove useful?
