Because it appears to be WP:SELFPUBlished web page run by Dan Albertson and Ron Hannah two people who would need to meet the standards of "notable experts in the field" for a SELFPUBlished site to be used and there is no indication that the site meets other WP:RS criteria of having an established reputation for fact checking and accuracy, other than their own claim that they are. http://www.composers21.com/ Do you have evidence of the reputation of this site? (frequently quoted in other reliable sources, major awards/recognition from academic institutions ...) Active Banana (talk) 18:18, 31 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
WP:SELFPUBlished seems to be references a person would write about themself - for instance if Uģis Prauliņš would be editor of composers21.com, which is not the case. I really can't see why composers21.com cannot be used as reference? Talk/♥фĩłдωəß♥\Work06:51, 1 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
