Serbia COTW

Užice is a former Serbia Collaboration of the Week.

Every week, a Serbia-related article that is in need of substantial improvment is Selected to be the Serbia Collaboration of the Week. Help improve it to a higher standard of quality.

The article has been selected for Serbia COTW.

  • The History section needs a lot of cleaning up, and a lot more information then there is now.
  • My suggestion for people that speak Serbian is to translate sections from the Serbian Wikipedia article on Ужице (Užice), or from the links provided in that article.

This first, we'll get to the other stuff once we're finished with this. Живели. --serbiana - talk 22:35, 26 April 2006 (UTC)

    • I translated the history section from the Serbian wikipedia article. I also looked at the German entry, and it has some information on Užice during the 19th century and WWI. I don't speak German, but anyone that does should definately look into translating it.Хајдук Еру ( Talk || Contributions) 00:46, 27 April 2006 (UTC)
  • Wow this article grew fast. What's left with the history is to brush up on the Yugoslav and post-Yugoslav, as well as the ancient era. I'll make an article on Prvi Partizan if I have the time, and add in some of my photos, since I've already added some info here. Pozdrav - Krytan 01:41, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

Table

  • I have added a table for this city. The mayor's year has to be added, along with a map of the location. The subdivisions could be updated as well. Otherwise, all of the information was found from the article, and the city website. --Krytan 22:33, 14 April 2006 (UTC)
