Talk:U-boat War Badge

Image of WW1 version

edit

If anyone has an image of the World War I version of the U-Boot badge, that would be helpful. The description in that section should be beefed up too, but I am not knowledgeable enough on German war badges of WW1. Airbornelawyer 05:37, 8 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

There is a image of it on the German wikipedia but I could not figure out how to put it in the article, as the file is directly from the German wikipedia and not on the wikicommons. here is the link to it [1]

The link is now absolutely correct. It refers to the crown of the German Empire after 1871. This crown was never made, but it exist as a design and was intensively used as Symbol. These information are taken from the german wiki. Here is also stated, that it refers to the Reichskrone from 1871. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.38.169.38 (talk) 17:36, 19 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
