I downgraded the assessment of this article as it as a bit optimistic as currently presented. The RD is uncited and seems a bit short, missing some expected details. For example, how long is the highway? The History is missing many key details, like the date it was commissioned. Because the history only focuses on two events, I can't in good faith count it toward the standard assessment metric, per WP:USRD/A. Imzadi 1979 → 23:57, 27 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
