What a bunch of intolerant fanatics. --CalJW 16:30, 19 May 2005 (UTC)Reply

Do you mean the UKMA? Please explain. Are they intolerant fanatics simply because they oppose your beloved Imperial units? JIP | Talk 17:22, 19 May 2005 (UTC)Reply
They seem more organized and powerful than the USMA (a good thing). --68.192.158.42 23:14, 1 April 2006

The USMA are quite different to the UKMA - The UKMA are very intolerant authoritarian group. I can't see why they get so wound up about the subject but there you go - they are 'near militant'. The USMA tend to be open to argument, diplomatic and inoffensive to those who disagree. The UKMA also stretch 'reality' to such a degree that you can safely ignore any 'facts'. The USMA "want metric" as opposed to the UKMA who "hate imperial". UKMA? Handle with great care 64.210.46.242 (talk) 01:40, 19 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:UKMA.png

edit

Image:UKMA.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Thanks, rationale for fair use of a logo has now been added. Markus Kuhn (talk) 15:09, 27 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
