With the introduction of this new source [1] it is going to take considerable effort to adjust this table to conform to the new information. While there is little disagreement, the existing list generated by a USATF source may have confused different editions of the championship while the new source seems quite articulate for each. With multiple organizations and multiple editions in each season year and across various calendar years, I will suggest a color code under each rowspaned season year, and with dates since they exist.
