editMinor point: when I was aboard, our USNS Mizar T-AGOR 11, was painted haze grey; our officers were USCG "licensed" and no "enlisted" (see general characteristics), but USCG documented seamen. In the deck department, the watch standers were Able Seaman, Ordinary Seaman, one Bos'n, no day workers. James A.
