This re-post by Byron King claims the latest issue of Navy Times is reporting that the USS Hartford cannot fulfill it's combat missions. If you have access to this issue (requires login) or know of/can find another article that supports this it would be good to update the infobox and use it as citation to update the current status of the sub within the article. - Shiftchange (talk) 06:42, 5 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
