Limitations of conversion template
edit69 ft 9.5 in (21.27 m) instead of {{convert|69|ft|9½|in|m|2|abbr=on}} or {{convert|69|ft|9 1/2|in|m|2|abbr=on}} The template does not appear to be able to "digest" (handle) common fractions) Peter Horn 16:42, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
- OK, I found it 69 ft 9+1⁄2 in (21.27 m) Peter Horn 19:10, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
Info box not yet changed
editIt is still the old infobox that is there. Peter Horn 16:50, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
Verb?
edit"On a very cool day on the coast of Caleta Cinfucho Bay, Chile in the pre-dawn hours of 12 September 2000 during a routine amphibious training operation with a sister vessel, the Chilean Valdiva."
This sentence fragment needs a verb. From context, it seems the ship hit a rocky point, but the "sentence" quoted doesn't tell us what happened on that very cool day with her sister vessel Valdiva. 69.9.146.66 (talk) 07:56, 1 May 2010 (UTC)

General Characteristics not quite correct.
editUnder General Characteristics, it lists a pair of LCPL. Actually, there were three, along with a captain's gig.
The gun mounts were originally twin 3-inch, so, there were a total of four 3-inch guns, initially. Those were in place, and maintained, when we went operational with the CIWS. Can't speak to the reductions indicated.
