- Beam figure varies between infobox and prose
- "and made a brief cruise the East Coast " - missing a word?
- "with Commander Daniel Ammen in command. Miantonomoh was assigned to the North Atlantic Squadron and made a brief cruise the East Coast before she was decommissioned at the Washington Navy Yard." - Cited to Fuller, but I can't find any of this in there
- Added missing DANFS cite
- Is the correct spelling Bythesea or Bythsea? Both are used
- "The success of her reception in England typified her subsequent visits to other European nations during the next several months. Departing 15 July, Miantonomoh steamed to Denmark where she was inspected by King Christian IX and the royal family; thence, on 31 July, she entered the Baltic Sea en route to Russia." - DANFS is PD, so it's not a copyright issue, but this is set up as a lengthy direct quote, with the "" and all. Can this be rephrased for style reasons, so we don't have large direct quotes in odd places?
- The last paragraph of the construction and career section is uncited
- Can the reconstruction paragraph be rewritten so it's not just a paragraph-long direct quote from DANFS?
- Could you tell that I just really wanted to be done with this one?
- Source link for File:Uss Miantonomoh 1863.jpg (infobox image) is dead

- All done, at least to my satisfaction. See if you agree.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 17:17, 20 December 2020 (UTC)
