- "None of the guns was completed before the end of the war" - I do believe it should be were, not was
- "Puritan's armor scheme was identical to that of Dictator." - Is there a specific connection between Puritan and Dictator? This sentence seems an odd insertion without a connection between the two specified. Actually, later in the article I see the connection with Dictator specified, but that connection isn't clear when the reader first encounters a mention of Dictator
- Seems like it would be worth adding a brief mention of the Battle of Hampton Roads proving the effectiveness of Ericsson's monitor ironclad design in the bit about the ordering, as it provides some context as to why Ericsson was selected for the ironclad design.
- Good idea.
- The Olmstead, Stark, & Tucker source in the bibliography is not used
- The source for the image is a 404 deadlink. Is there a way to get a new link or archive the old one?
That's it, I think. Several of these are rather open-ended, so feel free to discuss any you don't agree with. Hog Farm Bacon 23:03, 17 September 2020 (UTC)
