Dead bill merger?

Is there a standard operating procedure for pages for dead bills like this? I imagine it could be merged with another page. Does it still warrant its own page?

I started updating the tense in the article but there's so much detail that no one will care about now. Maybe we start with downsizing and then look at merging? Seananony (talk) 18:14, 6 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
