Talk:US Livorno 1915

I've seen numerous mentions of this team as being communists, or sympathizers. Specifically in relation to a player allegedly using the roman salute at this team to spite them for their communist sympathies. But I find no reference to it anywhere in this article, even though in the English speaking world it is the only notable element of this team, and given that anti-democratic beliefs are a criminal offence under the Scelba and Mancino laws it's also interesting to me as a lawyer that a team would be openly communist in a country where it is a criminal offence to be anti-democratic. Can someone with more knowledge on this team--and who is morally and ethically responsible enough to set aside their agenda to address this topic--please expand on this where applicable? Please remember, the purpose of Wikipedia is to document reality, not political biases. So hiding something this big just to try and protect the image of the team only makes us all look corrupt. The name of the page must be changed since U.S. Livorno and A.S. Livorno are two different clubs not linked to each other

edit

"A.S. Livorno Calcio" and "U.S. Livorno calcio 1915" are two different clubs: "A.S. Livorno Calcio" is in liquidation without an owner. The club didn't participate in any championship whatsoever but is still the owner of the 106 years history of Livorno Calcio, including the original US. Livorno logo and club trophies, properties, and licenses for training field use.

"U.S. Livorno calcio 1915" is a new club founded by the major of Livorno to have a new club in town; the logo doesn't belong whatsoever to the previous one (though there's a story saying that some club supporters have bought it from a previous bankrupt of the team. The actual owner doesn't express any interest in acquiring the history of the previous team and all the licenses the original Livorno calcio remains entitled to the original team, making the new U.S. Livorno a new team with no history.
