Updated photo
editI felt the picture needed an update, this one is from Wikicommons and more recent than the old image. The image was taken from the Venezuelan side but I felt I did not have to mention that specifically. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Samjam7 (talk • contribs) 13:57, 26 January 2017 (UTC)
Serra da Sol
editI have removed the toponymy "Serra da Sol," which may appear in the given reference by McPherson et al., but if so, they obviously don't have even the most basic knowledge of Portuguese. The word sol ("sun") is a masculine noun in Portuguese, and as such requires the masculine definite article o ("the", singular), or the contraction do (= de + o, "of the"). No native Portuguese speaker would say da Sol, using the feminine article a - that would be unacceptable in both Portuguese grammar and current usage. This would be equivalent to saying de la Sol in Spanish, instead of the correct form del Sol. --UrsoBR (talk) 12:21, 3 February 2016 (UTC)
