Evidently this person was from Japan, The article should say so. Daimyo needs an explanation such as ruler, judge, or whatever. Bizen and Mimasaka provinces and modern Okayama Prefecture still don’t tell us it’s Japan, or what part of the country, geographically. What is the council of Five Elders, why is it important. What sort of title or identification can be given to Toyotomi Hideoyoshi; why did he have authority to appoint a council of elders? After naming another person, he is a son of should have his name instead of just he. Very brief summary of what and where is the battle of Sekigahara needed. Who is Tokugawa leyasu, an enemy, a politician, a warlord, or? Who captured him? Why? Location of Hachijo island. Why it was a place of exile?

Is there further record of what Ukita Hideie did, his character or personality, other contributions to society, or why his being a daimyo or being in the battle of Sekigahara was important to Japan or to the politics or geographical part of his country? Or are there other facts or suppositions to make this article more than just a procession of seemingly unrelated names?
