The incorrect spelling

Probably not a good idea to include the incorrect spelling of hryvnia (as in grivna etc) in the title (leads to confusion & terminological disaster) -192.86.100.79 (talk) 21:56, 29 January 2014 (UTC)

Actually, grivna is a correct term. I would also suggest to remove the word Ukrainian from the title since Ukraine is the only country who use this currency. There are 2 rubbles Russian and Belorussian, but there is only one grivna! By the way, can you elaborate on what you mean by terminological disaster? Like, I found this when I typed in grivna: Grzywna (unit), but its not the same as grivna and have a Z which distinguish it from the rest. Also, I would like to suggest to redirect grivna to Ukrainian hryvnia, since in Russian and Ukrainian it is called grivna.--Mishae (talk) 03:28, 23 April 2014 (UTC)
Grivna is an ugly copy of russian variant. In Ukrainian it is called hryvnia, no options.Ulenspiegel (talk) 12:28, 1 September 2015 (UTC)
I doubt that in Ukrainian it is called 'хривня'! It is actually 'гривня', therefore English transliteration should be 'gryvnya'. Francois (talk) 06:37, 4 September 2016 (UTC)
