editWhy is this article entirely about red soil in America? Red soil has huge significance in many other parts of the world, and there's a lot more to write about it. This article actually looks like it's covered in another page in more detail. Vvneagleone (talk) 13:41, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
-- It is a term in use in USDA soil taxonomy, thus the regional nature of the term. The world-use term closest to Ultisol is Acrisol. Merger doesn't appear justified. Paleorthid (talk) 22:14, 11 January 2016 (UTC)
External links modified
editHello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Ultisol. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20040921024001/http://grunwald.ifas.ufl.edu:80/Nat_resources/soil_orders/ultisols.htm to http://grunwald.ifas.ufl.edu/Nat_resources/soil_orders/ultisols.htm
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.
