Neutron Lifetime is the Almost Right Word
editThere is no scientific basis for talking about an average "neutron lifetime" ... it is known as the mean lifetime and should be differentiated from the neutron half-life.
It needs to be cleaned up to reduce confusion. I like to saw logs! (talk) 23:38, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
How are they measured?
editHow are ultra cold neutrons measured/detected? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 14.162.179.194 (talk) 05:50, 18 April 2014 (UTC)
Neutron lifetime summary is out of date
editThe neutron lifetime experimental status is currently out of date. A more current experimental summary can be found in http://pdg.lbl.gov/2016/listings/rpp2016-list-n.pdf. In the current review, the Serebrov measurement is included in the average. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 152.7.224.8 (talk) 20:16, 28 March 2017 (UTC)
