December, 2018 IP edit
editThe IP replaced
“ | a condition where an expression does not have a correct value | ” |
with
“ | the value of an expression (such as a variable) that is outside the range of expected values | ” |
Something of benign copy-editing? Replacement of “a condition” with “the value” misrepresented the problem and fooled the reader from the first few words.
May I undo “improvements” summarily? Or one can see anything salvageable in the edit? Incnis Mrsi (talk) 07:28, 29 July 2019 (UTC)
For those who may miss the point. The IP tries to narrow the article down to such cases as atan2(0,0). But when I, for example, try to retrieve data using an invalid memory address, it has nothing to do with “outside the range of expected values” stuff. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 11:18, 30 July 2019 (UTC)
