Pronunciation
editOne of those annoying little things that you know but can't reference. His name was supposed to be pronounced Uff-waan, but hardly anyone did. The common pronunciation is reflected in the name of his son, the useful sprint handicapper Funfair WaneTigerboy1966 (talk) 21:26, 10 September 2011 (UTC)

editSurely it's questionable that Height of Fashion's most important win was the The Princess of Wales Stakes? Couldn't her two 2yo wins have been just as important? I think all you can say is that he won the same race as his dam. (Victor Middlesex (talk) 02:22, 2 October 2013 (UTC))
