Excessive detail in lede

edit

Alansohn reverted my pare-down of the lede, saying there would be an explanation why on my talk page. I never found a reference to this article on my talk page. The appropriate place to discuss is here, anyway. So: My issues here is that the lede goes into rather detailed (if not arcane) detail about the administrative matters. That should be moved into the body of the article, as we have done in several other cases in the mammoth task of improving these exhausting articles on NJ schools (@GuardianH helped). If anyone has a compelling reason to keep the lede the way it is now, please explain. -- Melchior2006 (talk) 10:34, 10 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

OK, then I will go ahead and pare down the lede and relocate content. -- Melchior2006 (talk) 14:11, 12 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
