editI understod that according to Ruggie principle the state has responsibility to act binding principles for multinational business and give help to put it in action. Explain how this is linked in the air pollution. European Union has significant trade from China where the air quality is in conflict with the human rights. What are the Guiding Principles of the United Nations for European companies in relation to contributing in bad air for millions workers abroad?
