editI reverted a good faith re-write by 41.219.16.62 and Khaseyeco in Special:Permalink/727522126. The additions need links and citations and needed stylistic updates. The re-write removed many sourced statements, albeit possibly outdated, but should not be removed without a discussion of why. The United Nations Office for West Africa (UNOWA) and the Office of the Special Envoy for the Sahel (OSES) are merged into a single entity: the United Nations Office for West Africa and the Sahel, UNOWAS
in an edit summary without a source is not enough. — Andy W. (talk · ctb) 17:53, 29 June 2016 (UTC)
