Could someone please tell me where to get the down payment for a loan to start a dairy farm? It seems like there is alot of help out there once you have the dairy farm up and running but to get one started is like pulling teeth.

I guess what we are looking for is a down payment assistance program. We don't have anyone in the family that is handing us a farm, cattle or equipment. WE have to start from square one.

Anyone with any ideas of help would be great to hear from you.
