editThe U.S. Temperature extremes are off. According to my research, the coldest temperature ever recorded there was 5 Degrees Fahrenheit, and that was in 1961, at Haleakala Summit. Also, the highest temperature recorded there is NOT 12 Fahrenheit, it's 109, and that was in April, 1931, at Pahala, Hawaii. This is according to http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0930169.html .
Celsius to Farenheit
editI started correcting the Celsius-Farenheit equivilants but got bored. For future reference, the formula is: (°C*1.8)+ 32= °F C1k3 07:22, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
focus on not-extremes?
