Fair use rationale for Image:Chicagoemblem2.png

Image:Chicagoemblem2.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. WSJ Ranking

This ranking is biased. It included U of C which is a borderline top 10 school but ignored the other top colleges such as Stanford, UPenn, Darthmouth, and Columbia. Obviously, many lab graduates do go to U of C because of the admission process, tuition benefits, and convenience. Therefore the fairness in the ranking is skewed.

I think that the paragraph on Earl Bell ought to be moved to his own page. Why does he need so much more info than anyone else on that page. Model United Nations

My guess is that details like Model UN achievements or accomplishments of other activities / individuals are removed because other editors do not believe they are notable enough to warrant inclusion in an encyclopedia.
