Merging universities; merging articles

The suggestion was to merge University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and University of Colorado at Denver to form an entirely new article, University of Colorado at Denver Health Sciences Center.

That would be appropriate if UCDHSC is the one and only name by which this university will be known after the two entities have merged. I just don't know enough about it to say if that's the right approach.

After the merging is complete, then redirects to the new article will replace each of the older articles. To be complete, it would be appropriate to track down all the references to the former articles, and change them to point to the new article, updating the surrounding text, if necessary.

Agree with merger, its essentially just putting everything into one campus under the auspices of the University of Colorado Health Sciences. Gtadoc 07:02, 27 June 2007 (UTC)

Cleanup

Mainly needs streamlining and editing to removed the bulletpoints that make up most of the article. I think that this article should not be merged with University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center, since that institution can be considered a new and seperate entity. Merge with University of Colorado Denver or Anschutz Medical Campus

This article really should be merged with either the University of Colorado Denver or Anschutz Medical Campus articles, since everything in this article is written in more detail in the aforementioned two articles, under the "History" section. Also, research and academic activities of UCHSC is elaborated on in the two articles.

If nobody has a problem with it, I will go ahead and merge the UCHSC article with the UC Denver article after a week or so. Bobfreshwater (talk) 00:11, 11 February 2010 (UTC)

Redirect to Anschutz Medical Campus

although the school is now a part of the University of Colorado Denver, I think it is relevant that all (well, really, most anyway) the Health Sciences operations take place at the Anschutz Medical Campus.
