Requested Move
editThe name of the school is actually University of Detroit Jesuit High School and Academy. I think we should move the page there. Irn 03:42, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
Actually the academey is simply called the jesuit academy due to being fuounded in the 60s. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nector42 (talk • contribs) 21:15, 24 May 2017 (UTC)

Notable Alums
editWho are Ron Rice (are you kidding me, you don't know who Ron Rice is?), Daniel Spilker, and Benjamin Wilbert? Do they really belong here? I won't revert over these edits for now, but neither Google nor Wikipedia support the idea that these three are technically notable. -- Omicronpersei8 02:04, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
- Gus Johnson also needs to be disambiguated. -- Omicronpersei8 02:06, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
- I deleted Tupac Hunter, Badadio Springfield, Albert Gordon, and Jason M. Holton. A quick Google search tells me that Tupac Hunter is a state senator. Is that notable enough? I didn't get anything of note on the others, though. -- Irn 01:25, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
I am wondering why Christopher Lucas Wilson was removed from the Notable Alum section. I think that being the founder of the Summer Stick and a world renown jazz piano player are pretty notable achievements. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.148.76.186 (talk) 08:45, 21 February 2011 (UTC)

editHello all, and thank you for contributing to this school site. I'm part of the Wikipedia:WikiProject_Schools/Assessment team, and I'm reviewing this page, I'm currently giving it a grade of Start on the Wikipedia 1.0 Assessment Scale and an importance of Low on the this importance scale.
My reasoning is as follows: This article is not badly written but needs more sources for the championship claims and the other statements. It also could stant to improve its WP:NPOV to reflect more of the school in general rather than just its championship information. Adam McCormick 01:39, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
I've added a section about academics, which gives detailed information about both required and elective courses at each grade level. I've also provided additional information regarding the school's history.
