Contested deletion

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because...the article is made by the same group which created the "duplication page" in question (the "duplication page" is a useful, but much-in-need-of-revision page from our website); we will not claim copyright infringement.

The page is being used, over the next couple weeks, as a "drafting board" for UIndy-Athens faculty and administrators to collectively develop a wiki page for our campus with new and up-to-date content. In a short period of time the entry will be very different, and much more contemporary, than it presently is.

Dear administrator: As the contested text was intended for speedy rewriting/revision, it seems simplest to leave it out. I will whittle the entry down to all original material. Please repost. correct place for revised article for repost?

No, it wasn't, but no harm done - I've replaced the text of the article now. I've removed the two templates from it as I don't think they really apply as this campus isn't in Indiana. I've also added a couple of stub templates. I should also add that I'm not an admin although I am a Copyright problems clerk. I also moved the page to a title with a capital "i" in Indianapolis.

Please also make sure you read WP:COI carefully. Your rewritten version was, in my opinion, sufficiently neutral that your possible conflict of interest was not a problem but in general editing articles you are associated with, for example by employment, is discouraged. Not a problem - sorting out copyright issues is the main thing I do here at Wikipedia as I like the investigative nature of many cases (although this was one of the simpler ones). Looking at your contributions I suspect that if you were previously looking to move the page then you may not have been autoconfirmed at the time. You should now be autoconfirmed and see a move option. I use the old wikipedia skin, having been around since that was the default, so can't point you to exactly where the move option is but it should be pretty obvious.
