An article would be nice. Chris mentions Henry Cow's encounters with him in the early 1970s, and I've found a couple of books that mention his painted-sock art work, here and here (I don't have preview-access to the Prog Rock FAQ). But is this enough for a free-standing article? Biographical information is what we need. I'll scratch around and see if I can find something. —Bruce1eetalk17:43, 27 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
I've finally created an article for Ray Smith. I had seen biographies for him previously, but I couldn't be sure that they were the right Ray Smith. Then I saw this Guardian obituary which made explicit mention of Henry Cow, and everything fell into place. Strangely, I haven't been able to find his full date of death, or his date of birth for that matter. But anyway, he went on to become quite an accomplished artist. —Bruce1eetalk15:39, 28 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
