Guinean, Sudanian, and Sahel zones
editNeed to review statement "Upper Guinea can also refer to the interior part of the wider Guinea region, bordering the Sahel." Usually the Sudanian zone is considered as the transition between the Guinean zone and the Sahel, though the transition is quite quick in some areas as one goes south to north. I understand that much or most of the Upper Guinea/Haute Guinée region of Republic of Guinea is actually Sudanian in the biogeographic sense.--A12n (talk) 14:39, 31 December 2014 (UTC)
