editAdded to order of battle by including divisional units on German side. Hope this doesn't overcomplicate things.1812ahill (talk) 18:50, 15 January 2013 (UTC)
Scope of article
editThis article may have a problem in that it is difficult to define the start and end dates of an offensive as opposed to an operation. Geographically it can be said to have started at the point Russian forces entered Upper Silesia which would have been towards the end of Jan 1945, and continued until end of hostilities on its territory (end of war). This would make for instance the casualty figures far greater than those given for the relatively short period in mid March 1945.1812ahill (talk) 21:05, 22 February 2013 (UTC)
Maps
editThe text and place names in both map images are in the Cyrillic alphabet. Can anyone find maps with Latin lettering, which would be easier for English-speaking readers? Foreignshore (talk) 02:41, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
- This map is crap anyway as it shows the whole of the Eastern Front! A more detailed map would be appropriate! 80.151.9.187 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 14:51, 18 December 2018 (UTC)
