In terms of what I can add to a Wikipedia article, I think it could be really helpful not to simply talk about UrbanTheater Company in a vacuum, but rather talk about how UrbanTheater Company fits into the evolution of Latinx theater, particularly Latinx theater in Chicago. Given how little information there is on UTC, I think discussing how it fits into the Chicago theater landscape and in its community of Humboldt Park is extremely important to give context to the work that UTC does. Mia's Peer Review - Hannah

The lead section is really clear and straightforward, and gives a good idea of what the company's mission/ goal is. One suggestion is to maybe include some of their major productions/ works that people might be able to recognize so the reader has some information about the company that they can identify with. You don't necessarily have to give a full list of their plays but maybe their most popular/ praised works. Your body paragraphs are structured well (History - Community - Production) and the section about community is really helpful/ effective because I think that's what helps distinguish UTC from other theater companies. They are also relatively equal in length and well-balanced, but I think the part about the ensemble could have a bit more information if possible. The overall tone is neutral and informative but there are certain points where I feel that you're just a little biased towards the company (ex. the passion and experience of its ensemble allow Urban Theater Company to be fully dedicated to its values of community and culture). I personally think it's difficult to not be in favor of our subjects and write about all the great works they've done with out praising them so let's make sure we maintain a neutral tone throughout the article! You seem to have gotten your information from reliable sources, but I feel that a lot of your information are coming from a single source so try to avoid that! Lead Section

I love how you included the mission statement from the company. I also think it might be good to mention who founded the company, just to give the audience more basic information. Also, since you have so much information about mission, would it be a good idea to create a subsection within the lead, only directed towards mission statement?

Structure

The article is well-structured with appropriate subsection and the use of table for the production history also makes it easy to gain any basic information the audience might want.

Balance Coverage

I think the ensemble section of the community section is very important, as it's what makes up the company. Would it be possible to expand this section a little bit, maybe by including any prominent theatrical projects they have structured? Also, if there are any information about the process of the ensemble creating a theatrical work, it might be a good place to include it.

Neutral Content

Overall, I think your contents are neutral and very rich and full. If you do get to call the company, it will definitely make the contents even better (and maybe you can ask about the process too!! :) )

Reliable Source

I need to work on this myself and figure out how to do this, but if you look at, for example, Young Jean Lee's Wikipedia, there are citations included inside the article. Article Plan (4/26)

Because there is no existing Wikipedia entry on UrbanTheater Company, I hope to first and foremost discuss their mission, history, and how they've worked towards their goals of greater visibility for Latinx theater. However, I also plan on specifically diving into their Founders and Ensemble: given that UTC refers to their team as "Our Family" on their website, ensemble building must be a key focus of their work. I would like to discuss how a strong internal network of collaborators contributes to the new work that UTC creates and fosters within its community. Beyond this sense of community within the ensemble itself, I also want to uncover the various mechanisms through which UrbanTheater Company engages with the Chicago community at large. How can the theater UTC does really make an impact on the urban area around them? Finally, I of course want to look into UTC's recent seasons, particularly how it cultivates new work and adaptations in an innovative way. Mialenn08 (talk) 21:20, 29 May 2018 (UTC)
