Uridine as neurite growing nootropic
editI read that Uridine is a nootropic that grows neurons aside from yeast are there other fungi that have notable amounts of uridine Wurtman RJ, Ulus IH, Cansev M, et al. Synaptic proteins and phospholipids are increased in gerbil brain by administering uridine plus docosahexaenoic acid orally. Brain Res. 2006 May 9;1088(1):83-92.

editI see that walnuts is on the list, however it is unsourced and unquantified. Not only that, but as part of the list here, the factoid has perpetuated to many other sites.
Please provide some source (and preferably also a quantity) or else remove it.
