I have temporarily protected this page from the editing by various unregistered users who continue to post a date of death without providing the proper sources. Mrs.Acosta is a notable educator and author whose death would have been noted in the local media. I searched and could not find anything. If there is a source and it is provided then I shall proceed to un-protect the article. Tony the Marine (talk) 16:08, 12 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
Hello, I have found on Facebook an announcement posted by her eldest son Hans about her death. How can I get that to you? I’m not really good with Wikipedia. Lpzleibov24 (talk) 20:41, 14 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

This is Dennis Acosta, the son of Dra. Ursula Acosta. I've tried to edit her Wiki page this week as my mother passed away peacefully at the Hospital
Metropolitano in San German on September 10, 2018 at 7:25 pm. Feel free to check out my Facebook page for details. There is no information in the press as the obituary will not be published until the memorial service in late October. My mother was cremated an I will be heading to the island on Tuesday to get
copies of the death certificates among many other errands needed. My email is dublindennis@gmail.com if you need to reach me, or send me a message on Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/dublindennisDublindennis (talk) 20:49, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
I am sorry to learn about your mother's death. Years ago she sent me a signed copy of her book. The page is now unprotected, but I must remind you that any additions must cite and provide a reliable verifiable source per Wikipedia policy. Once again may she rest-in-peace. Dennis, I in good-faith complied with your request, however User:Folengo has his doubts and reverted my addition. I do not blame the user in question because as I stated before a reliable verifiable source is required. You may get in touch with User Folengo here: User:Folengo if you wish.
