Cyclops pulling a Magneto?

I understand what's been going on, but Cyclops pulling Asteroid M up and declaring it for all mutants reminds me of the times that Magneto attempted to do that, and might I add that it did not work out. Utopia: The Fictional Location in Marvel Comics

Yes. Utopia was a brief series of comics about the founding of a location. But it has also, for years now, been the primary setting in the literature of numerous Marvel publications.
