This restaurant has won many major awards in the culinary industry and should be a part of the Wiki family. It is describing the town of Harrogate, which has its own page on Wiki also. Tom has worked with all the biggest chefs (both celebrity and not). If they are on Wiki why not Tom and van Zeller retaurant? Everything in this article is fact. None of that is particularly relevant as to whether there should be a Wiki article or not. The rules are laid out pretty clearly at Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies) - regardless of how "important" you consider someone, or how reliable you believe the facts to be, what really matters is in-depth coverage from significant third party media. The bar is generally set fairly high for restaurants, it has to be a lot more than a passing mention in a listing guide or a short review in the local paper. But a Michelin star or an article about Tom in a national newspaper would be good evidence of notability. Personally I suspect that this article might be best merged with the biographical article, it's easier to prove notability for Tom + the restaurant combined than for each individually. I suspect that between them they just about count as notable, but neither article really proves that notability at present. And you could do with a lot more external references (ideally from catering magazines and the like rather than the restaurant's own website) so that other people can WP:VERIFY the facts presented.
