I've Googled several combination "Velim test track", "test circuit, etc; of which "Velim test center" is used in approximately 50% of English-language references and this reflects the terminology I've heard when referring to the test centre (it is much more than just the big oval having climate emulation facilities and the like). —Sladen (talk) 16:20, 14 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
