Most of this article was written like a press release, about facilitating connections between investors and capital, and high-quality jobs. Thanks. Please keep an eye on this article since I will be expanding in the coming days/weeks. Fundamentally the Plan is of Harper's government and since the election is around the corner it could smell with political flavor.Lake Ontario Wind (talk) 06:16, 17 May 2015 (UTC)Reply
