Hello, there is an article here, http://www.encyclopediaofalabama.org/face/Article.jsp?id=h-1419, that might be useful.

Thanks,

Place of birth

edit

Presently the article states she was born in both Mooringsport, Louisiana and Payneville, Alabama; and Livingston, Alabama is also mentioned as a possible site of origin. Which is correct ?

According to the US Library of Congress (https://www.loc.gov/item/ihas.200196840/?loclr=fbafc), she was born in Livingston, Alabama; which is outside of Payneville, Alabama. The Alabama Women's Hall of Fame corroborates this detail (http://www.awhf.org/hall.html). 2600:1700:3EA0:B078:39FC:F8A1:2111:BC72 (talk) 15:45, 9 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Parents Names Transposed

edit

According to the US Library of Congress (https://www.loc.gov/item/ihas.200196840/?loclr=fbafc); her mother was Agnes Hall and her father was Efron "Zully" Hall. The current published version has the names transposed. The Alabama Women's Hall of Fame corroborates. 2600:1700:3EA0:B078:39FC:F8A1:2111:BC72 (talk) 15:53, 9 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
