connemara marble
edit- It seems to that connemara marble is in fact indeed a marble. [1]--Licks-rocks (talk) 15:25, 10 May 2020 (UTC)
- Interesting Licks-rocks, but is that a consensus view, or just specific to that author? thanks. Britishfinance (talk) 16:22, 10 May 2020 (UTC)
- A breccia would have certain features that connemara marble does not have. Compare [this image] with the marbles shown in the paper or other depictions of connemara marble you can find online. this one for example I realise that this probably counts as own research, but then again it is only stated to not be an actual marble on wikipedia. (probably due to being lumped in with the (other?) verd antiques.). --Licks-rocks (talk) 18:11, 10 May 2020 (UTC)

If connemara marble actually is a marble, then Draft:Connemara marble should be accepted. It should probably be accepted if it is sufficiently different from verd antique as to be a different rock or mineral. Robert McClenon (talk) 01:00, 15 May 2020 (UTC)
