Requested move

edit

I would like to move this page to "Vernon Ruttan." All the information is sourced. Most people would do a search on Vernon Ruttan, not Vernon W. Ruttan. Mkblood1 (talk) 00:02, 6 October 2008 (UTC) Mkblood1 (talk) 03:05, 6 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Boring copyvio

edit

The material copied in section "Induced Innovation and Agricultural Development" (with full attribution) verges upon copyvio due to length, but it's almost too dull to contest, so I left it alone (except for putting it into blockquotes).

More to the point, it doesn't serve this page all that well regardless.
