Rivet
editI am not sure why these were called staples as they most certainly are rivets. Perhaps "staple" is an old armorer term, but we are writing Wikipedia for a world-wide audience, most of whom have English as a second language. Wikipedia editors are supposed to avoid technical jargon. In any case I corrected this. Nick Beeson (talk) 22:23, 23 July 2017 (UTC)
