Current article Improvements
editWhile I am making some incremental improvements and adding cites I am well aware these are a little disjointed and it is likely the article will need to be worked over at some point to improve it. Thankyou.Djm-leighpark (talk) 15:42, 3 October 2018 (UTC)
VLDB Challenges
editI've added a VLDB Challenges section .... and some structure underneath it. It's currently uncited (though it is picking come concepts from the underlying references we already have). This is a general approach of do something ... see how it looks, rework and maybe even completely rewrite and replace it with something better. The section is currently templated to show it currently has issues. Feel free to improve.Djm-leighpark (talk) 22:38, 3 October 2018 (UTC)

- Oracle ACE - ppt - may be useful in certain ways. Identifies 7 VLDB Challaenges on Slide 11 but doesnt elarorate Djm-leighpark (talk) 17:05, 4 October 2018 (UTC)
- Don may have assumed database growth implies more users accessing it ... which may not be always true ... That said bigger Data warehouse more access required
- Transferred to Workpage as the talkpage is really a log with signing requirements for changes, and a workpage is better for scratchpading ... Djm-leighpark (talk) 20:16, 4 October 2018 (UTC)
