Hello everyone, on the occasion of the publication of the brand new study published by Kammerer and Rubigde in 2022, I would like to point out that it would be nice to add the most recent proposed cladogram for the gorgonopsians, which also mentions Viatkogorgon. This cladogram is also available on the main article, but also on Phorcys dubei, Nochnitsa, Inostrancevia and Sauroctonus (Which are the two articles in which I participate the most in their expansion). In the article, there are only two specimens mentioned. However, there is a website (which mention sources) which indicate that there would also be a third specimen of Viatkogorgon. Would depend on what their source is, the website itself doesn't seem too reliable in itself. It's a shame nothing else has been published about the supposed larger specimens, not even images. FunkMonk (talk) 08:01, 14 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
